Meg Neil- Vice President of Business Development
Meghan Neil serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Phoenix Ortho Injury Spine & Extremity. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Florence, Alabama, Meghan earned both her Master's degree in Sports Business Management and her Bachelor's degree in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama. During her time at Alabama, she worked with the University's Athletics Department in NCAA Compliance and Football Recruiting, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, organization, and relationship management.
Throughout her career, Meghan has specialized in healthcare business development, strategic growth, marketing, and operational consulting. She has partnered with and consulted for a variety of medical practices, helping organizations expand into new markets, strengthen referral relationships, improve operational efficiency, and develop sustainable growth strategies. Her experience spans physician practice management, brand development, marketing strategy, and business operations, with a passion for building scalable systems that support long-term success.
Outside of work, Meghan is a freelance artist and painter through her business, Meg Neil Art. When she's not creating, you'll likely find her listening to and enthusiastically discussing the music of one very famous "up-and-coming" indie artist, Taylor Swift. (You may have heard of her.)

Cristina Colon, BSN- Director of Compliance
Cristina Colon, BSN, is a healthcare operations consultant and Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and is Certified in Healthcare Risk Management and the American Heart Association CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor.
Throughout her career, Cristina has specialized in healthcare operations, practice management, workflow optimization, EHR implementation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, federal audit preparedness, data analytics, and strategic planning. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Cristina is committed to continuous learning and operational excellence. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time in nature, reading about leadership and entrepreneurship, connecting with fellow entrepreneurs, and creating meaningful memories with her family. She believes that lifelong learning, strong relationships, and purpose-driven leadership are the foundation of both personal fulfillment and professional success.

Marissa Maciaszek - Manager of Revenue & Affiliate Operations
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Marissa earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Central Florida before relocating to Atlanta. Prior to joining Phoenix Ortho Injury Spine & Extremity, she built a strong foundation in healthcare operations through roles in medical scribing, care coordination, revenue cycle management, and accounts receivable.
As Manager of Revenue & Affiliate Operations, Marissa is widely recognized for her expertise in healthcare billing, accounts receivable, and operational efficiency. She oversees the organization's revenue cycle, works to streamline billing processes, and develops systems that maximize financial performance across the practice. In addition, Marissa manages Phoenix's affiliate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner practices while fostering collaboration and supporting continued growth. Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and deep understanding of healthcare operations make her an invaluable resource to both the organization and its affiliate partners.

Reagan Tidwell- Account Executive (Tennessee Market)
Reagan Tidwell is our Account Executive in our Tennessee region. She currently lives in Nashville, TN. Reagan grew up in Woodstock, GA.
She attended college at the University of Mississippi where she studied Integrated Marketing and communications and minored in General Business. At Ole Miss, Reagan was a member of Alpha Phi. In her free time.
Reagan enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Danny Zelaya - Account Executive (Georgia Market)
Danny Zelaya brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and insurance to his role as Account Executive at Phoenix Ortho Injury. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a degree in Business Administration, Danny has built his career around cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring patients receive exceptional care.
He previously worked with one of the industry’s largest MRI providers and spent more than five years as a claims adjuster, giving him a unique perspective on both patient needs and provider processes. Danny is passionate about healthcare and dedicated to guiding patients through their recovery with compassion, service, and support.

Chloe Dorcely - Account Executive (Georgia Market)
Chloe Dorcely earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, she now resides in Atlanta and is proud to serve the community she calls home.
With a background in healthcare, Chloe has experience working alongside both patients and healthcare providers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the patient experience and the importance of building strong professional relationships. Her ability to communicate effectively, connect with others, and approach every interaction with empathy and professionalism allows her to create meaningful partnerships and provide exceptional support. As an Account Executive at Phoenix Ortho Injury, Chloe is passionate about helping referral partners navigate the orthopedic care process while ensuring injured patients have access to timely, high-quality care. She is committed to fostering lasting relationships through responsiveness, integrity, and a people-first approach.
