Meg Neil- Vice President of Business Development
Meghan Neil is our Director of Marketing and Sales. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but was raised in Florence, Alabama. She attended The University of Alabama where she received her Masters in Sports Business Management and Bachelors in Human Environmental Sciences. While in school, Meghan worked for The University of Alabama Athletics Department in NCAA Compliance and in football recruiting.
Meghan has worked the last seven years as a director and marketer for various healthcare practices and medical financing companies. In her free time, Meghan enjoys being a freelanced artist and painter for her business “Meg Neil Art. She also enjoys listening to and obsessing over this small-indie artist, Taylor Swift. (You’ve probably never heard of her.)

Danny Zelaya - Account Executive (Georgia Market)
Danny Zelaya brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and insurance to his role as Account Executive at Phoenix Ortho Injury. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a degree in Business Administration, Danny has built his career around cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring patients receive exceptional care.
He previously worked with one of the industry’s largest MRI providers and spent more than five years as a claims adjuster, giving him a unique perspective on both patient needs and provider processes. Danny is passionate about healthcare and dedicated to guiding patients through their recovery with compassion, service, and support.

Reagan Tidwell- Account Executive (Tennessee Market)
Reagan Tidwell is our Account Executive in our Tennessee region. She currently lives in Nashville, TN. Reagan grew up in Woodstock, GA.
She attended college at the University of Mississippi where she studied Integrated Marketing and communications and minored in General Business. At Ole Miss, Reagan was a member of Alpha Phi. In her free time.
Reagan enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Laura Calderon- Marketing Assistant
Laura Calderon brings a versatile background and fresh perspective to the Phoenix Ortho Injury team. She earned her BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in May 2023, where she laid the foundation for her passion in healthcare marketing and communication.
Before joining Phoenix Ortho Injury, Laura gained valuable experience as an intern with Piedmont HealthCare and later served as the Social Media Manager for James Furniture Deals, where she honed her skills in content creation, digital engagement, and brand strategy.
Since joining our team, Laura has worn many hats—starting as an Assistant to the Practice Manager, taking on responsibilities in medical records management, and now contributing her expertise as a Marketing Assistant. Her adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail make her an essential part of our practice's growth and patient outreach efforts.
