Meg Neil- Vice President of Business Development
Meghan Neil is our Director of Marketing and Sales. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but was raised in Florence, Alabama. She attended The University of Alabama where she received her Masters in Sports Business Management and Bachelors in Human Environmental Sciences. While in school, Meghan worked for The University of Alabama Athletics Department in NCAA Compliance and in football recruiting.
Meghan has worked as a director and marketer for various healthcare practices and medical financing companies. In her free time, Meghan enjoys being a freelanced artist and painter for her business “Meg Neil Art. She also enjoys listening to and obsessing over this small-indie artist, Taylor Swift. (You’ve probably never heard of her.)

Marissa Maciaszek - Manager of Revenue & Affiliate Operations
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Marissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Central Florida before relocating to Atlanta. Prior to joining Phoenix Ortho Injury, she gained extensive experience in healthcare operations through roles in medical scribing, case management, and accounts receivable.
With several years of experience in healthcare, Marissa brings both expertise and precision to her role. As Manager of Revenue & Affiliate Operations, she leads initiatives to optimize billing workflows, strengthen affiliate partnerships, and ensure that revenue operations run efficiently across all markets.

Danny Zelaya - Account Executive (Georgia Market)
Danny Zelaya brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and insurance to his role as Account Executive at Phoenix Ortho Injury. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a degree in Business Administration, Danny has built his career around cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring patients receive exceptional care.
He previously worked with one of the industry’s largest MRI providers and spent more than five years as a claims adjuster, giving him a unique perspective on both patient needs and provider processes. Danny is passionate about healthcare and dedicated to guiding patients through their recovery with compassion, service, and support.

Reagan Tidwell- Account Executive (Tennessee Market)
Reagan Tidwell is our Account Executive in our Tennessee region. She currently lives in Nashville, TN. Reagan grew up in Woodstock, GA.
She attended college at the University of Mississippi where she studied Integrated Marketing and communications and minored in General Business. At Ole Miss, Reagan was a member of Alpha Phi. In her free time.
Reagan enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mario Malcolm - Account Executive (Georgia Market)
Mario is an accomplished account executive with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked with multiple orthopedic organizations, gaining comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations—including operations, client relations, and business development. Committed to lifelong growth, Mario has re-enrolled in college and is currently pursuing an additional degree in Public Service Administration. Above all his professional achievements, Mario considers fatherhood his most important role, shaping his leadership style, work ethic, and commitment to setting a strong example. He also serves as an appointed member of the Board of Code Enforcement for the City of South Fulton, where he contributes to maintaining community standards and supporting fair governance. Beyond his formal roles, Mario remains deeply engaged in his community, frequently collaborating with prominent elected officials on initiatives that strengthen local engagement and public service—work that reflects the values he strives to model for his family.
